접속사

[단어-단어 / 구-구 / 절-절] 을 연결하는 것

(등위,상관,종속) 접속사 

등위 : 

[and, or, but, so ,yet]

yet(부사로 뜻은 아직, 접속사는 그러나)

상관 : 

both A and B : a와 b 둘 다

either A or B : a 또는 b

neither A nor B : a도 b도 아닌

not only A but (also) B : a뿐만 아니라 b도

종속 : 

절(s+v)과 절(s+v)을 연결함

1. 명사절 접속사

that : ~것

ex> That she won the award was a big surprise.

if/whether : ~인지

ex> Lee has not yet decided whether he will transfer.

2. 부사절

주절의 맨 뒤, 혹은 맨 앞

ex> Because Kim did not want to move, he rejected the job offer.

ex> Although ~,

3. 형용사절

자리: 명사 뒤

ex> I bought shoes available at a discounted price.

ex> I bought shoes which my sister recommended.
